I love this game, but...

The graphics and all the content is very engaging and the missions provided are very fun (some more than others). It is an astounding game without a doubt. However, how can I enjoy this game when there is a bug at the loading screen? Whenever I try to launch the app, it always crashes near the end of the loading screen with the white bar!!! Please address this problem. How can I enjoy the full content of this game when I cant even play it to begin with. I tried clearing all of my app cache, all of my data, etc. Yet, nothing has changed. Please fix this. Other than that, its a great game.
